Business Development Manager
Location: Redmond, WA
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to qualify and penetrate accounts
- Grow existing business within accounts and foster client relationships
- Manage entire sales process, including complex contract negotiations
- Sell to senior executives to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility
- Ensuring customer requirements are adequately factored in all projects on an on-going basis by participating in customer interactions
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Proven success in enterprise sales and exceeding quotas
- Existing contacts and relationships at Microsoft a plus
- Must have experience and be comfortable managing the entire sales process from lead-generation through contract execution to account maintenance and mining.

Database Engineer
Location: Redmond, WA

Responsibilities:
- 5 years of strong experience in SQL Server Development and DBA experience, TSQL coding, Performance and tuning, Physical and logical Database Design.
- Expertise in MS SQL Server products like SSRS, SSAS and SSIS of MS SQL Server 2005.
- Expertise in creating, designing, managing SQL server Reports using SSRS 2005.
- Strong SQL Server Developer skills including writing stored procedures, triggers, views, query writing, Backup & ecovery.
- Expertise in using tools like Bulk Copy (BCP), Data Transformation Services (DTS) and SSIS to import and export the data.
- Expertise in transforming data from various data sources using OLE DB / MS Access connection by creating various DTS packages.
- Migration experience in MS Access to SQL server 7.0, SQL Server 7.0 to SQL Server 2000.
- Expertise in creating SQL server Analysis Projects using MS SQL Server Analysis Services 2005.
- Good SQL Server administration skills including user authorizations, Database creation, Tables, indexes.
- Expertise in designing FACT & Dimensions Tables, Physical and Logical Data Models using ERWIN Tool. Exposure to Star and Snowflake schemas
Technical Support - Tier 1
Location: Bellevue, WA

Responsibilities:
- The Tier 1 Operations team perform problem analysis and resolution activities by following written Trouble Shooting Guides (TSGs) and working with their supervisors and Tier 2 personnel in cases that require escalation of a problem or issue.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with system administration
- Familiarity with relational database administration and support responsibilities
- Familiarity with Network administration
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must work well in a team environment, under pressure, with rapidly shifting priorities

Program Manager
Location: Redmond, WA

Responsibilities:
- Developing project plans with project leaders and ensuring risks are mitigated effectively to ensure delivery is of top quality and in the time promised to the client:
- Planning project work and determining critical path items and ensuring these are always on track; supervising work of project leaders
- Estimating resource needs and coordinating with other functions (along with BDO)
- Supervising a set of project leaders and managing all escalations; interfacing with customers with respect to project delivery
- Ensuring customer requirements are adequately factored in all projects on an on-going basis by participating in customer interactions
- Responsible for quality of the software
- Responsible for development of people in his/her teams by review, feedback and coaching
- Delivery of all projects under him/her
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Knowledge of Software Lifecycle and SQA Methodology§ Basic programming and debugging
- Fundamental understanding of Operating Systems
- Working knowledge of at least one major OS (Windows, UNIX or Linux
